Will I have to get on calls or Zoom meetings?

No. No hour-long Zooms, no sales calls. Everything happens by talking to your phone and by email.

Do I need photos?

No. Without photos you get Custom Graphics and Quick Tip Cards. Enhanced Photo Posts and Job Spotlight are made from your own job photos, and they're what make it look like your business.

Who writes the posts?

We build them from your interview and your photos, in your words. You see every one before it goes anywhere.

What if I don't like a post?

Tap no and say why. That post doesn't go out, and what you said shapes the next batch.

Do you get my passwords?

No. You log in to each platform yourself and give the posting tool permission. We never get your passwords and never log in to your accounts.

Do I have to use every platform?

No. Starter covers 3 channels, Growth 5, Full all 8. You pick which ones. Extra channels are $10 a month each.

How often do posts go out?

Starter is 3 posts a week, Growth 5, Full up to once a day. You pick the days and times. For Google Business Profile photos we suggest 3 a week, but you can send more.

Can I still post myself?

Yes. Keep posting your normal way — this is in addition to what you already do.

What if one of my accounts disconnects?

Platforms sometimes drop a connection when a password changes. Our system checks every week that your posts are still going out on every account. If one has stopped, you reconnect it yourself, the same way you connected it.

Is there a contract?

No. Plans start at $99 a month, and you get $50 off your first month on any plan. Cancel any time.

How do I cancel?

Use the manage your subscription link. Your posts run through the end of the period you paid for. Anything scheduled past that comes down, and whatever already went out stays up.

Do you run ads or answer my messages?

No. We don't run ads or handle an ad budget, and we don't answer messages or comments. We make your posts and schedule them.

Can you promise more customers?

No, and nobody honestly can. We keep you posting, in your own words, without you doing it.
